1. Rent prices. "Rents are down 0.7% month-over-month, also down 0.7% year-over-year."

2. Regional services composite. "A composite of regional Fed services surveys turned positive for the first time since 2022. The Employment component drove a large part of the rise, which had been deteriorating but has turned back higher. Seems like soft landing vibes catching on here."

3. Corporate spreads. "US high-yield bond spreads have shrunk to the lowest since January 2022."

4. Nasdaq seasonality. "The median Nasdaq 100 (NDX) return from October 27th to December 31st is +11.74% since 1985."

5. Investor optimism. "Cyclical equities are beginning to outperform defensives and US high-yield corporate bonds are outperforming US investment-grade corporate bonds, suggesting that investors are starting to price in stronger US growth."
