1. USD vs. US Growth. "US dollar strength leads foreigners to reinvest their excess dollars in the US. And when they do, they do not buy US treasuries, but instead Mag-7 stocks."
2. Sentiment Indicator. "Our US Sentiment Indicator has subsided, but still in stretched territory for the sixth consecutive week (record is 9 weeks)."
3. Advancers vs. decliners. "We are [11] trading days into the ‘best month of the year for stocks’ and every day so far has seen more decliners than advancers on the S&P 500." That's the longest streak since 2001.

4. McClellan Oscillator. "The weak breadth numbers the past few days have pulled down the NYSE's McClellan Oscillator to a fairly oversold level. It is not the lowest ever, and it can go lower. But it is pretty fun to see an oversold condition in an uptrend, and also in a period of seasonal strength."
5. EV/sales. The "share of stocks with EV/sales ratios >10x has risen to 13%, near 2021 and Tech Bubble levels."

In just the last few years, Masterworks investors have realized net annualized returns like +17.6%, +17.8%, and +21.5% (from 3 illustrative sales held longer than one year).
