1. Case-Shiller Home Price. The seasonally adjusted Case-Shiller National Index rose by 0.65% MoM in October (ninth consecutive monthly increase) to 4.8% YoY.

2. Lending standards vs. C&I loans. "Based on the historic relationship with bank lending standards, commercial and industrial loans to businesses will be down 10% by the second half of 2024, which normally only happens during recessions."

3. YTD asset flows. Cash has attracted the most YTD flows and it's not even close.

4. SPY flows. "SPY has drawn around $40 billion in inflows in December, on track for the biggest monthly haul since it began trading in *1993*."
